Salary: $67,593 - $73,969

What you will do

• Provide Tier I-III technical support and routine system administration for JPC information systems.
• Perform hardware replacement, diagnostics, and deployment of end-user devices and servers.
• Track and remediate IAVAs/IAVM notices and apply manual patches using SCCM/MECM when automation fails.
• Support the implementation of STIGs and perform Active Directory and Group Policy tasks under guidance.
• Manage VTC setup, troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors for room installations.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and support server migrations to DoD cloud environments.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (Ability to obtain Top Secret).
• Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CND, GSEC, GICSP, SSCP).
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
• 2 years of system administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server (2016-2022) and Linux-based medical devices.
