What you will do
- Provide first-line support for email troubleshooting, password resets, and account provisioning.
- Perform administrative tasks in Azure, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems and resolve basic API connectivity issues.
- Utilize RMM tools for remote desktop support and proactive system health checks.
- Execute IT support tasks aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance requirements.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation.
- Must have held, currently hold, or have interim eligibility for security clearance.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in an IT support-focused role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
- Strong knowledge of M365 (Commercial & GCC/GCC-High), Azure AD, Teams, VPNs, and DNS.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, DaaS).
