Location: On-site in New York City, NY or Boston, MA. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
Salary: $80k-110K + target equity

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination across multiple roles and departments with high attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement automated solutions.
- Build and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows.
- Partner with engineering and ops to create integrations between recruiting tools.
- Maintain data integrity in the Ashby ATS and generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
- Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Ashby.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in New York City or Boston.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1.
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools.
- Project management experience.
- A love of music (listening, exploring, making).
