Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $80k-110K + target equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination across multiple roles and departments with high attention to detail.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement automated solutions.
• Build and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows.
• Partner with engineering and ops to create integrations between recruiting tools.
• Maintain data integrity in the Ashby ATS and generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Ashby.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in New York City or Boston.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools.
• Project management experience.
• A love of music (listening, exploring, making).
