Sales Development Representative

At Nozomi, we work as an end-to-end consulting and execution partner to create digital health products that change patient behavior and improve measurable outcomes. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - a person who will own the first impression and ongoing communication with our inbound leads and community connections.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound leads (website, LinkedIn, events, referrals) in a timely and structured manner
- Qualify leads and route them into the next stage of the pipeline
- Own written communication with prospects (LinkedIn, Email, messengers)
- Maintain high-quality, personalized conversations with each lead
- Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities (Digital Health, Product, Startups)
- Engage with potential leads via comments, discussions, and direct outreach in communities
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead progression
Requirements:
- 2+ years in SDR / Lead Generation / Customer-facing roles in B2B IT or Product companies
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, human)
- Ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel without losing quality
- Experience working with inbound leads and qualification frameworks
- High level of ownership and responsiveness
- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn as a communication channel
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and dynamic lead flow
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Digital Health / Product / Consulting environments
- Background in community management or social selling
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification (MQL → SQL)
- Experience with tools like HubSpot / Apollo / LinkedIn automation
- AI tools usage for communication and workflow optimization
