What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end management and strategic direction of designated paid media accounts.
• Lead a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers, focusing on their strategic and technical development.
• Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests for targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to identify and meet client business goals and efficiency requirements.
• Manage high-budget campaigns ranging from $200K to $1MM per month across multiple media channels.
• Implement AI tools to enhance business processes, streamline workflows, and optimize campaign results.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven track record managing budgets between $200K and $1MM per month.
• Extensive expertise in Google and Bing platforms, including Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, and measuring incremental lift.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
