What you will do

  • Deepen and protect key client relationships while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.
  • Drive the strategic direction of major creative campaigns, balancing client satisfaction with commercial performance.
  • Manage revenue, margin, and forecasting for client accounts, maintaining accurate commercial documentation.
  • Lead, line-manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure high-standard delivery.
  • Coordinate deliverables across content, technology, media, and data to ensure integrated execution.
  • Champion innovative thinking and support commercially viable pilot initiatives within accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
  • Extensive professional experience in account management and client servicing within a creative agency.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale digital marketing and creative campaigns.
  • Experience managing projects with six-figure annual budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with data and commercial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
