TL;DR

Director, Payer Marketing (Biotech): Developing US market access and payer engagement strategies for the launch of COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment with an accent on payer value propositions and promotional collateral. Focus on coordinating cross-functional stakeholder efforts and analyzing healthcare economics to optimize payer access and coverage across government and commercial segments.

Location: Hybrid in New York City office or remote in the East Coast. Must have valid employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not provided.

Salary: $230,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop payer segment strategies and promotional tools for US payers, including health plans, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid, and VA/DOD/Tricare.
  • Create a Payer Value Proposition deck for COMP360 to serve as the primary education tool for Payer Account Directors.
  • Lead collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, HEOR, Medical Affairs, MLR) to ensure materials address customer needs and compliance.
  • Manage 3rd party agencies to design and produce effective payer marketing collateral.
  • Develop and deliver training for Payer Account Directors on new tools and assets.
  • Monitor customer feedback to consistently improve messaging and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Account Management, or Managed Markets.
  • Deep US Market Access experience across all government and commercial segments.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanics and economics of the US healthcare ecosystem and current policy issues.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse departments and engage senior management.
  • Must have existing US work authorization (cannot sponsor employment visas).
