What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to capture capability needs and drive business solutions.
• Create and maintain deliverables including business vision, detailed requirements, and user interface designs.
• Participate in the full SDLC within Agile scrum teams as a Business Technical Analyst, Scrum Master, or Tester.
• Support requirements testing, manage defects, and perform root cause analysis to ensure minimal production issues.
• Execute complex Oracle PL/SQL queries for data analysis and production checkouts.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and provide concise project status documentation.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory due to contractual and access requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industries.
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP.
