Salary: $22–$28 per hour

What you will do
- Manage patient check-in, registration, and check-out processes.
- Handle scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
- Act as a primary liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
- Educate patients on post-scan expectations to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain and organize the front desk area for maximum operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time to support mobile clinics.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends.
- Phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hospitality or MedSpa environments.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
