TL;DR

Patient Liaison (Healthcare): Managing patient intake, registration, and coordination for mobile MRI clinics with an accent on high-quality patient experience and operational efficiency. Focus on streamlining check-in processes, coordinating between clinical staff and patients, and supporting mobile clinic logistics.

Location: Must be based in the US and within 45 minutes commuting distance of Atlanta, New York City, Bethesda, or Miami (or Salt Lake City as per title).

Salary: $22–$28 per hour

hirify.global is a proactive healthcare company utilizing an integrated stack of hardware, software, and AI for whole-body MRI scans to shift from reactive to preventative care.

What you will do

  • Manage patient check-in, registration, and check-out processes.
  • Handle scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
  • Act as a primary liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
  • Educate patients on post-scan expectations to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain and organize the front desk area for maximum operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time to support mobile clinics.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in hospitality or MedSpa environments.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
