Patient Support Navigator (Healthcare): Acting as a central point of contact for patients undergoing CAR-T therapy with an accent on coordinating care, managing insurance benefits, and providing patient education. Focus on navigating complex healthcare processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to patients and caregivers.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Chesterfield, MO). Remote work is eligible after meeting performance standards and providing a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Compensation: $31.69 per hour.

What you will do

  • Serve as a single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and medical professionals throughout the CAR-T journey.
  • Manage inbound calls and triage inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Conduct benefit investigations and prior authorizations with payers.
  • Facilitate patient enrollment and manage referral processes through portals.
  • Maintain accurate patient data and documentation in compliance with program rules.
  • Provide education on resources and support materials available to patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare practice management or patient services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in patient assistance, reimbursement, or oncology.
  • Medical coding, coverage, policy, and payment experience.
  • Previous call center experience.
