What you will do

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Remove delivery impediments by coordinating across IT, Security, and business partners.
• Coach Product Owners and Engineers on Agile principles, user story development, and flow-based metrics.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML Ops practices, including CI/CD for data and models, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Ensure delivery practices meet GxP/SOX regulatory expectations for life sciences, including validation and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Security to embed policy-as-code into team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of modern architectures (Lakehouse, vector search) and tools such as Databricks and Jira.
