Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: USD 76,000 - 110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex technical, strategic, and creative projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and actively manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and lead the estimation and staff planning process.
• Partner with Finance and Account teams to develop financial forecasts and facilitate monthly billing.
• Mentor and support the training efforts of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to identify and mitigate program-level risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
• Experience leading complex technology, strategy, and creative-based projects.
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or advertising agency experience (AOR or DAOR).
• Prior project launch experience.
