What you will do

• Lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping and definition to execution and post-project analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts, driving operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and optimize agency workflows to improve efficiency and automation.
• Oversee budget reconciliation and estimation for accounts exceeding $5MM.
• Mentor and coach APMs, PMs, and SPMs, fostering a solution-oriented team environment.
• Collaborate with account management to develop SOWs and manage resource forecasting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of project management experience within a healthcare agency environment.
• Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing including broadcast, print, digital, and MLR review.
• Expertise in project methodologies including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Asana.

Nice to have

• Masters-level degree.
• Experience with web technologies, user experience (UX), and application management.
