TL;DR

Sales Representative (Manufacturing): Driving new business and growth for TENADO CAD software in the DACH market with an accent on consultative B2B sales and customer acquisition. Focus on leveraging AI-driven sales tools to optimize outreach and managing strategic relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Location: Hybrid in Bochum, Germany (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Conduct consultative sales via phone and virtual meetings to present TENADO CAD software solutions to business customers.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and build long-term strategic relationships to foster growth.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems to track performance.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, personalization, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer success.
  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Completed formal training or education in a business or commercial field.
  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging AI-powered sales tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Bochum office.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CAD software, SaaS solutions, or technical products in the manufacturing or design industry.
  • Knowledge of digital sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
