What you will do
- Build and own the weighted pipeline and revenue forecast for both consulting engagements and product bookings.
- Translate commercial structures into operating rules for account assignment, handoff protocols, and deal credit allocation.
- Manage the end-to-end variable compensation program, including quota setting and attainment tracking.
- Own the GTM stack (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring data quality and producing board-ready revenue reports.
- Run pricing approvals and discounting governance to maintain margin discipline across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM strategy.
- Experience in B2B professional services, SaaS, or hybrid consulting/product businesses.
- Hands-on expertise in building custom objects, reporting layers, and automation in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in forecast modeling using Excel or Sheets, with knowledge of coverage ratios and velocity.
- Proven experience operationalizing variable compensation programs, including accelerators and SPIFFs.
- Ability to design and enforce scalable operating procedures and pricing governance.
