What you will do

  • Own and deliver significant revenue targets for both new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise clients.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring a sustainable leadership pipeline.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning the company as a trusted AI and localization partner.
  • Identify growth opportunities through white-space analysis, cross-selling, and upselling AI-enabled localization and content solutions.
  • Translate global GTM priorities into clear regional sales plans, balancing new logo acquisition with account expansion.
  • Ensure operational excellence through strong CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B experience in enterprise sales environments.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership or player-manager role, combining quota ownership with team management.
  • Proven experience selling language services, localization solutions, or Language AI platforms to enterprise clients.
  • Experience leading consultative, high-value sales cycles involving senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the localization ecosystem, language technology, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, global organization.
