What you will do

  • Manage all Eco System Sales activities, including OEM, Services, and Consulting, within the defined region in EMEA.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify customer needs to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements in close alignment with technical sales departments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field or high technical affinity.
  • Several years of successful direct B2B technical sales experience; pharma industry experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Must be based in Germany with a high willingness to travel to meet customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.
