What you will do
- Manage all Eco System Sales activities, including OEM, Services, and Consulting, within the defined region in EMEA.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify customer needs to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations and close agreements in close alignment with technical sales departments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Coordinate marketing activities, including trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
- Degree in a technical field or high technical affinity.
- Several years of successful direct B2B technical sales experience; pharma industry experience is preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be based in Germany with a high willingness to travel to meet customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.
