What you will do
- Collaborate with the executive team to define strategies for customer engagement, growth, and churn reduction.
- Manage key client relationships, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and publishers.
- Guide clients in achieving business goals related to ad fraud prevention and privacy compliance.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and team KPIs to identify risks and drive account health.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance to clients by translating product insights into actionable ROI recommendations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in VA or NY (U.S.-based applicants only).
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or technical sales within the adtech industry.
- Proven experience leading high-performing customer success teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic digital advertising ecosystem, including IVT and viewability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead C-level conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
