TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Digital Advertising): Manage partner relationships and ensure smooth onboarding from Business Development to AdOps while monitoring client performance across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles. Focus on programmatic advertising complexity (OpenRTB, VAST, compliance), performance analysis, and driving upsell/cross-sell through proactive issue resolution and internal cross-team alignment.

Location: Hybrid (12:00–20:00 CET). Formal employment in Serbia or Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure a successful onboarding transition from Business Development to AdOps, aligning expectations on performance, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance and trends across daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly time frames to find missed and growth opportunities.
  • Run regular check-ins and performance reviews to understand partner goals and unlock upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively address challenges, recommend solutions, and communicate partner feedback internally.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Technical, and AdOps teams across pre-sale, onboarding, and post-launch lifecycle stages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in the Digital Advertising space, preferably with programmatic exposure in CTV and mobile.
  • Experience working with SSPs/DSPs/SDKs and understanding programmatic monetization.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret and explain performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau or Clicdata, plus Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English: C1.
