TL;DR
Junior UI/UX Product Designer (iGaming): Designing intuitive, mobile-first interfaces for a proprietary betting platform with an accent on gamification and behavioral design. Focus on simplifying complex betting data and creating engaging micro-interactions to enhance the user journey.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Chiswick office, 2 days home). Must be based in the UK.

What you will do
- Create clean, intuitive mobile-first interfaces for complex betting combinations and markets.
- Simplify user journeys from one-tap bets to smart suggestions, removing friction to maximize engagement.
- Implement gamification and behavioral design to guide users toward higher-value interactions.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to ensure design solutions are scalable and technically feasible.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs for both users and business goals.
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI and micro-interactions to bring a sense of surprise and delight to the product.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience designing mobile apps, ideally in gaming, betting, or complex digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first UI/UX, visual design, typography, and user flows.
- High proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to balance aesthetic design with concrete business outcomes and user behavior.
- Must be able to work from the Chiswick office (London, UK) 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design or prototyping micro-interactions using tools like Protopie or Figma.
