Location: Remote with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). Must be based in France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.

Compensation: €70K – €90K (Europe) / £70K – £95K (UK) + Stock-Options/BSPCE

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design processes including research, UX, and UI across mobile, web, and API platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers to bring designs into production, balancing brand expression with platform standards.
• Scale and maintain interconnected design systems to ensure coherence across all products.
• Partner with Growth, Community, Brand, and Machine Learning teams to develop new product concepts.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate production and execution.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio featuring recent mobile UI work with mastery of typography, color, and spacing.
• Proven experience with design systems and responsive design requirements.
• Proficiency in Figma and graphic/animation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Ability to design and prototype user interfaces across multiple platforms (mobile, web).
• Must be based in France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.
