What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business and technical goals into intuitive experiences.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design workflows and improve efficiency.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems for consistency across digital products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI within a SaaS environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into the design lifecycle.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving for digital products.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Must be based in Germany.
