TL;DR

Staff Product Designer (SaaS): Owning the end-to-end experience for group travel and events platforms with an accent on multi-sided offerings and complex product flows. Focus on bridging user needs with business goals, leveraging AI for rapid prototyping, and driving design craft across the Events domain.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona or London). Must be based within commuting distance of the hubs. Relocation assistance may be available for certain roles.

What you will do

• Own the Events experience end-to-end across different personas and event stages.
• Lead strategic design conversations with leadership to shape direction and scope.
• Partner with PMs and engineering to drive execution with high craft and speed.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to translate customer problems into intuitive experiences.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate decision-making.
• Mentor the team and contribute to the design critique culture to raise the bar on craft.

Requirements

• Staff-level IC track record with examples of end-to-end ownership at scale.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step product flows autonomously.
• Fluency in using qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
• Strong ability to influence product direction within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools (Claude, Cursor, Bolt) as a working default.
• Comfort with Figma and Git.
