Salary: £110,000 - £125,000 + Equity

• Expertise in product design with a proven track record of driving customer outcomes and commercial goals.
• Advanced visual, UI, and interaction design skills for complex systems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead teams in fast-changing environments.
• Strategic thinking to translate organizational goals into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively across diverse functional teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK or be open to relocation (visa sponsorship provided).
