TL;DR

Senior Partner Manager (FMCG): Managing and expanding partnerships with food manufacturers to reduce food waste through the hirify.global Parcel business with an accent on business development and P&L optimization. Focus on sourcing new suppliers, negotiating pricing, and delivering strategic growth across food and non-food categories.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new food and non-food manufacturer partners through proactive business development.
  • Manage and grow existing partner accounts to maximize social impact and business value.
  • Perform strategic planning, stakeholder mapping, and market opportunity sizing.
  • Negotiate pricing and product ranges to optimize P&L and customer experience.
  • Initiate and analyze strategic trials to understand consumer profiles and drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and forecasting teams to capitalize on market trends.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business growth and partnership development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L and price/promotional modeling.
  • Fluent French and English required.
  • Based in Paris, France.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry (Buying, Account Management, or Category).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use raw data to investigate trends.

  • Additional language proficiency beyond French and English.
