What you will do
- Drive proactive sales opportunity generation and pipeline management with regional partners.
- Develop and execute regional partner growth strategies to achieve software bookings targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard key local partners to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain partner business plans with quantified goals and milestones.
- Facilitate the development of advanced partner solutions to drive revenue.
- Manage regular business reviews and maintain accurate sales forecasts in SFDC.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in direct and channel sales within the enterprise technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in big data software sales and meeting/exceeding objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute partner business plans with global and regional partners.
- Strong understanding of complex sales processes and ability to drive consensus.
- Ability to lead projects and motivate teams through influence.
- Must be authorized to work in the assigned region.
