What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for business, commercial, and technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across the DACH region, France, Spain, UK, US, and Latam.
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Use recruitment data and ATS tools (Greenhouse/Ashby) to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in hiring across business functions and exposure to technical roles.
  • Strong recruiting experience specifically within the DACH market.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of generating hires through proactive outreach.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Extensive experience with ATS technologies, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or US markets.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation.
