What you will do

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives to advance pod-level objectives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Build and operate scalable 0→1 workflows and processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
• Leverage data tools to extract insights and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for organizational priorities.
• Plan and execute initiatives end-to-end, establishing clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies (consulting, finance, or bizops background preferred).
• Proficiency with AI and data tools such as SQL, Looker, and Excel.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured components and work through ambiguity.
• Experience designing scalable systems and anticipating operational bottlenecks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
