Salary: $135,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of analytical solutions for major global banks.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage development cycles using Jira.
• Coordinate between client IT, business stakeholders, and internal technical and QA teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform preliminary functional testing and support clients in analyzing defects.
• Analyze post-production usage metrics to ensure the overall success of the deployment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Professional background in the Financial Services and Digital Banking industry.
• Proficiency with SQL or other relational databases.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to communicate effectively with technical experts.
• Relevant education: MBA, Project Management certification, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience working with offshore development and QA teams.

• Background in programming.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
