What you will do

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of AP transactions and update accounting databases.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations.
• Perform corporate credit card reconciliations and follow up on missing receipts or incorrect coding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline accounts payable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with NetSuite.
