TL;DR

Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Managing end-to-end sales cycles for an enterprise AI AppGen platform with an accent on mid-market acquisition and executive relationship building. Location: Hybrid, must be based in the UK

hirify.global is building the first enterprise AppGen platform that transforms natural language into production-ready code, integrating directly with business data and enforcing enterprise security standards.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify leads to develop them into high-value opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders to align hirify.global's value with their priorities.
  • Own the complete closing process, including complex negotiations and procurement activities.
  • Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and the executive team to penetrate and expand key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify and deploy new features based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving an annual ARR quota of $1M+.
  • Experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles for mid-market companies (250-2,500 employees).
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and engage effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in presentation, active listening, and contact management.
  • Must be based in the UK to meet employment and regional reporting requirements.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or business intelligence.
