What you will do

• Lead project management across Video, Graphic, and Illustration functions, managing team workload and priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between Creative Services and internal marketing teams including Product, Community, and Growth Marketing.
• Coordinate with Studios to secure necessary game assets, builds, and captures to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Implement scalable process improvements and integrate AI tools to streamline creative production workflows.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to expand production capabilities.
• Oversee project budgeting, performance tracking, and periodic reporting of project initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative project management within an in-house or agency environment.
• Proven track record as a lead project manager within a multi-disciplinary creative team.
• Proficiency in Asana (or equivalent) and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be based in Vancouver for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to project management workflows.
