What you will do
- Develop and execute media buying and paid social strategies to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns by leveraging audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
- Identify and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop innovative ad concepts.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage creative workflows and asset delivery processes for key marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns within paid social advertising platforms.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate findings into recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
