TL;DR

Senior Manager, User Acquisition (Mobile): Shaping the mobile growth strategy and managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets with an accent on ROAS, downstream GMV performance, and cross-channel optimization. Focus on building advanced audience segmentation, measurement frameworks, and experimentation strategies in privacy-constrained environments.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Salary: $182,000 – $215,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Own install volume, ROAS, and downstream GMV performance across paid acquisition channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
  • Partner with Data teams to develop audience segmentation and user quality frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to improve post-install conversion and testing strategies.
  • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives in privacy-constrained environments.
  • Build reporting frameworks and actionable insights for Growth leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of in-house user acquisition or paid social experience.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets.
  • Deep expertise in attribution, MMPs, and privacy-focused measurement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of install and downstream business metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace, travel, ticketing, or rideshare industries.
  • Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, MMM, and AI-enabled acquisition workflows.
  • Experience with retargeting and post-install growth initiatives.
