Focus on leading paid social/video and search/display experiments, optimizing landing conversions across Free/Pro/Business, and translating North America insights into global growth frameworks.

What you will do

  • Own the North America growth strategy: translate business objectives into channel mix, audience priorities, moments, and investment decisions.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget with monthly optimization and trade-offs across channels, SKUs, and audiences.
  • Use and reconcile multiple measurement approaches (in-platform metrics, geo-lift incrementality testing, and MMM) to make confident investment calls and support MMM calibration.
  • Lead performance across paid social/video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) plus Display, Pinterest, and SEM, owning the full funnel from audience/creative strategy to bidding, pacing, and structural testing.
  • Drive creative strategy with the NAMER Creative Strategist and codify learnings to maintain creative velocity.
  • Identify conversion gaps across the paid user journey, run A/B tests and holdout-style experiments, and optimize landing experiences to lift conversion for Free, Pro, and Business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance or growth marketing at a scaled consumer tech or DTC brand, with ownership of significant budgets (e.g., $10M+), accountable for business outcomes.
  • Hands-on depth in paid social and video, able to diagnose whether performance issues stem from creative, bidding, or measurement.
  • Comfort with multiple measurement methodologies and making investment decisions when signals conflict.
  • Experience designing and running growth experiments (A/B tests, geo-lifts, holdout studies) and using results to drive decisions.
  • Cross-functional experience influencing brand/creative/product/data stakeholders without direct authority.
