Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK and able to attend offices in Leicestershire or London)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of financial services partnerships to drive member value and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute partner-level strategies, identifying new distribution channels and enhancing attribution.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial arrangements with new and existing providers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to deliver joint engagement campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in delivering the MMIB strategy and transformation plan.
  • Monitor category performance using data and ensure all activity meets FCA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships or account management within Fintech, B2C financial services, or price comparison.
  • Track record of working in digital-first or app-led businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex partnerships.
  • Familiarity with FCA regulation and Consumer Duty.
  • Analytical approach to decision-making using KPIs and data insights.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from Leicestershire or London offices.
