What you will do

• Lead and oversee product transfers, new product introduction (NPDI) programs, and capital projects for Anderson Operations.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans aligned with product roadmaps and NPDI deliverables.
• Identify, pilot, and commission advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment, and practices to support growth.
• Coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards across hirify.global plants.
• Execute Manufacturing Readiness Checklists and provide support for manufactured cost analyses.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Program Managers to execute prototype builds.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations Management.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of formalized Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Proven experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
• Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship will be provided.

Nice to have

• MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA.
• 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience.
• Formal training or certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
