What you will do

  • Own and develop a portfolio of key retail partners with full commercial responsibility for growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Conduct business reviews and leverage data-driven insights to improve key business metrics.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and lead strategic negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance partner experience.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of internal tools such as hirify.global ads and Storefront.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts with clear commercial impact.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into action.
  • Confidence in leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and uncover insights.
  • Ability to act as a role model and support more junior team members.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or marketplace businesses.
