What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of key retail partners with full commercial responsibility for growth.
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Conduct business reviews and leverage data-driven insights to improve key business metrics.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and lead strategic negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance partner experience.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of internal tools such as ads and Storefront.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts with clear commercial impact.
- Fluent in Swedish and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into action.
- Confidence in leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and uncover insights.
- Ability to act as a role model and support more junior team members.
