What you will do

• Lead and develop a geographically distributed regional sales team.
• Deliver regional sales, margin, and cash targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute differentiated regional segment strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage strategic licensor and technology partnerships to secure new plant projects.
• Implement value-based pricing and sales methodologies, including Miller-Heiman.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to launch new product innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and margin targets in multi-market environments.
• Strong business acumen in financial management and commercial strategy.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas region as required.
