Customer Service Specialist (Financial Services): Handling call routing and lead triage for a financial services pilot project with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline management. Location: Tempe, AZ. Must be based in Tempe, AZ; schedule is 3 days a week in office (Tue-Thurs) and 2 days WFH (Mon, Fri). During the first month of training, presence in office is required 5 days a week.
Salary: Up to $24 per hour

What you will do
- Perform call routing, referral assignment, and phone prioritization.
- Triage retail leads by contacting customers to confirm business needs.
- Route confirmed and qualified leads to dedicated sales consultants.
- Manage the pipeline including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls.
- Maintain succinct and detailed note-taking within the referral system.
- Participate in weekly feedback sessions to evaluate and optimize the triage model.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis only (No C2C or 1099).
- 6+ months of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or a Contact Center.
- Must be able to commute to the Tempe, AZ office according to the hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
