What you will do
- Oversee complex transformation projects to transition the organization from manual, reactive processes to proactive, exception-based workflows.
- Design and implement scalable workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency across all Data Operations domains.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tooling, LLMs, and modern data management platforms to reduce operational friction and cycle times.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Client Services, and Product teams to translate operational needs into technical roadmaps.
- Formulate KPIs and metrics to measure the success, impact, and ROI of transformation initiatives.
- Mentor team members and lead the cultural shift required to adopt new tools and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in data operations, financial services technology, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML tools, Prompt Engineering, or LLMs to optimize data workflows.
- Deep functional knowledge of market data, portfolio data, custodial feeds onboarding, IBOR, and alternative investments.
- Ability to identify systemic bottlenecks and anticipate capacity constraints in complex data ecosystems.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. from day one without visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
