What you will do

• Oversee complex transformation projects to transition the organization from manual, reactive processes to proactive, exception-based workflows.
• Design and implement scalable workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency across all Data Operations domains.
• Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tooling, LLMs, and modern data management platforms to reduce operational friction and cycle times.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Client Services, and Product teams to translate operational needs into technical roadmaps.
• Formulate KPIs and metrics to measure the success, impact, and ROI of transformation initiatives.
• Mentor team members and lead the cultural shift required to adopt new tools and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in data operations, financial services technology, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML tools, Prompt Engineering, or LLMs to optimize data workflows.
• Deep functional knowledge of market data, portfolio data, custodial feeds onboarding, IBOR, and alternative investments.
• Ability to identify systemic bottlenecks and anticipate capacity constraints in complex data ecosystems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. from day one without visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
