Salary: $185,000 - $317,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Self-Serve Analytics initiative, including semantic layer expansion, Slack bot launch, and the hirify.global Data Assistant.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, DS, Security, IT, and business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Research).
• Lead governance and security workstreams, focusing on LLM data access policies, PII guardrails, and provider approvals.
• Drive adoption and change management through champion networks and training to transition the company to a self-serve data culture.
• Establish DS organizational operations, including planning cycles, headcount tracking, and onboarding programs.
• Define and track program success metrics such as time-to-insight and reduction in ad-hoc request volume.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience driving data infrastructure or analytics platform programs.
• Experience with modern data stacks, including semantic layers, BI tooling (Hex, Sigma), and AI-powered query interfaces (RAG).
• Proven track record of driving adoption and behavioral change across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong cross-functional delivery skills, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake Semantic Views, Acryl, or Dagster.
• Experience building or scaling evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs (golden SQL, accuracy dashboards).
• Background in data-driven product analytics or developer tools.
