Strategic Operations Manager (Technical Solutions): Building cross-functional programs and operational processes for the Technical Solutions organization with an accent on scalability and execution. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Salary: $160,000 – $187,000

What you will do
- Design and implement operational structures and cadences to drive alignment and efficiency across Technical Solutions teams.
- Develop a data layer and implement systems to enable informed decisions regarding product, process, and resourcing.
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects across GTM, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering to solve pressing challenges.
- Enable teams to leverage AI capabilities and new tooling to optimize internal workflows and performance.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and communicate program status and risks to leadership.
- Act as a strategic partner to Technical Solutions leadership to solve complex operational challenges and enable scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program, or project management within a SaaS or technical environment.
- Proven track record of building workflows and automations.
- Experience helping teams leverage AI capabilities and new tooling.
- Technical fluency and the ability to understand how complex technical systems work.
- Must be based in New York City to comply with the hybrid work schedule.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
