Salary: $160,000 – $187,000

What you will do

• Design and implement operational structures and cadences to drive alignment and efficiency across Technical Solutions teams.
• Develop a data layer and implement systems to enable informed decisions regarding product, process, and resourcing.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects across GTM, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering to solve pressing challenges.
• Enable teams to leverage AI capabilities and new tooling to optimize internal workflows and performance.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and communicate program status and risks to leadership.
• Act as a strategic partner to Technical Solutions leadership to solve complex operational challenges and enable scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program, or project management within a SaaS or technical environment.
• Proven track record of building workflows and automations.
• Experience helping teams leverage AI capabilities and new tooling.
• Technical fluency and the ability to understand how complex technical systems work.
• Must be based in New York City to comply with the hybrid work schedule.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
