Senior Staff CXO Strategic Program Manager (Fintech): Orchestrating leadership alignment and translating collective vision into global execution for the CXO Leadership Team with an accent on strategic planning and operational governance. Location: Remote-eligible or onsite in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $128,900 – $189,900 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Partner with the SVP of CXO to facilitate long-term strategic planning and ensure the team's roadmap is clear and impactful.
  • Synthesize diverse departmental viewpoints into unified strategic decisions and ruthlessly prioritize high-leverage initiatives.
  • Cross-functionally lead critical, ambiguous, and high-priority initiatives spanning multiple CXO portfolios.
  • Design and facilitate high-stakes discussions, agendas, and accountability metrics for leadership meetings and strategic offsites.
  • Oversee the collective quarterly and annual goal-setting process (OKRs/KPIs) to align department targets with corporate objectives.
  • Drive narrative-building for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for executive and board presentations.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations (BizOps), Corporate Strategy, or senior program management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience navigating complex transformations and driving alignment among senior executives in high-growth global organizations.
  • Proven ability to run strategic planning frameworks and make high-stakes prioritization trade-offs.
  • Ability to analyze core CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, SLA, Cost-to-Serve) and extract executive-level narratives.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and political savvy to align VPs and Directors without direct reporting authority.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Supply Chain in scaled operational environments.
