Location: Must be based in Canada. Option for full remote, hybrid, or onsite in Toronto.
Salary: $131,516 - $177,934 CAD

What you will do
- Identify and translate CX pain points into AI use cases to improve productivity and time-to-value across the post-sales journey.
- Design and build production-grade AI tools, including LLM-based workflows, AI copilots for consultants, and automated communications.
- Develop reliable integrations and automation patterns across the CX stack using APIs and BI platforms to ensure data quality.
- Manage and prioritize the CX AI opportunity backlog based on strategic alignment, feasibility, and risk.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Product teams to ensure all AI solutions are governed, scalable, and meet responsible AI standards.
- Drive tool adoption through stakeholder training, playbooks, and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or CX with a track record of delivering production AI tools in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI development, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio).
- Ability to translate business processes into clear AI requirements, value hypotheses, and success measures.
- Proficiency with API integrations, workflow automation tools, and BI platforms like Snowflake or Power BI.
- Must be based in Canada.
