What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features by integrating LLMs into existing product systems.
• Instrument evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring to ensure high-quality AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI Platform engineers to shape foundational tooling and infrastructure.
• Make pragmatic technical tradeoffs balancing business priorities and user experience.
• Mentor engineers and champion a high-ownership, collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-backed products including prompting, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Strong full-stack development skills with familiarity in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience improving AI systems through eval sets and quality hill-climbing.
• Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments with a bias for action.
• Ability to engage directly with users and contribute to product strategy.
