What you will do

• Implement the vision, strategy, and operating model for the internal AI Agent Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of pilot and production AI agent solutions.
• Define governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for internal AI agent development and maintenance.
• Partner with business units to identify and prioritize high-potential AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with GenAI, legal, compliance, security, and data governance teams to ensure regulatory guardrails.
• Build and foster an internal AI Agent developer community through workshops and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or software engineering building intelligent systems.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas.
• Demonstrated experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and core cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
