What you will do

• Design and implement LLM-driven AI agents, copilots, and taskbots for real-time business process automation.
• Develop RAG pipelines, prompt frameworks, and conversational interfaces using models like OpenAI GPT-4 and Gemini.
• Orchestrate end-to-end automated workflows across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other SaaS platforms.
• Leverage and extend automation platforms such as Workato and Zapier for event-driven orchestration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational inefficiencies into scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and contribute to an internal library of reusable orchestration patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS business systems, automation/integration, or enterprise AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, with extensive experience working with APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLM APIs, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building workflows using Workato, Zapier, or custom orchestration frameworks.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business pain points into technical outcomes.
