TL;DR

MSP Account Director (SaaS/MSP): Driving growth strategy and revenue with the largest Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs) with an accent on C-level relationship management and GTM strategy execution. Focus on navigating complex organizational structures, creating compelling value propositions for the DEX platform, and scaling partner-led revenue across Europe.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA, USA)

Salary: USD 194,000 - 323,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute plans to embed the hirify.global platform as a key solution across MSP and GSI workplace practices.
  • Establish and maintain strategic C-level, sales, and product relationships with organizations such as Kyndryl, Unisys, and Capgemini.
  • Drive revenue growth and achievement of business goals, specifically creating opportunities across Europe.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions and drive co-sell initiatives with field sales and marketing.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and QBRs to enhance brand presence and visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner community development, technology platform sales, and GTM management.
  • Proven track record of working with MSPs/GSIs and exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience in the End-User Computing (EUC) industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for leading executive-level meetings.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product strategy based on partner feedback.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
