What you will do

• Lead the implementation of standardized revenue cycle operations between UBO Enterprise and Military Treatment Facilities.
• Manage a team of Implementation Specialists through the stand-up and operationalization phases (IOC to FOC).
• Develop and execute site readiness assessments and transition plans to move facilities to shared-service models.
• Create onboarding tools, job aids, and checklists for site and staff integration.
• Partner with change management and manpower analysts to design stakeholder engagement and training.
• Provide expert briefings and recommendations to senior DHA UBO leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in large health systems or multifacility healthcare environments.
• Expertise in revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, billing, collections, and compliance.
• Proven track record leading site readiness and workforce transition across multiple facilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and change adoption planning.
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Military Health System (MHS) or DHA environment.
• Knowledge of UBO cost-recovery programs (TPC, MSA, MAC).
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS / Oracle Cerner Patient Accounting (CPA).
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
